My Utmost for His Highest

Oswald Chambers, how blessed I am to read this devotional. I have the special updated edition. My sweet sister in Christ, best friend gave this treasure to me. Charles Stanley quoted that "with the exception of the Bible, no book has had as profound an effect on my life as My utmost for His Highest". Steven Curtis Chapman, Michael W. Smith and others feel the same way. God gave this precious resource to encourage me daily to give my utmost for His highest. In only two months, I have been in Awe of what God is teaching me. He died in 1917, and still encouraging His Sheep, today. To live is Christ to die is gain. I pray that this devotional will inspire you to walk very close with Jesus. My friend said once, never settle for less than initimate fellowship with God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit. I give God all the GLORY for this daily initimate fellowship that I have had for almost two years. I can not get enough of His Word, Love, Peace, Presence, Strength, and everything HE IS. He is truly more than enough!!!!

His Sheep,
Joyce

I read your comment on Wendy Capps' Blog today and wanted you to know I am praying for your mom and for God's provision in your life. I felt your pain as I read your words. My heart was touched. I know you wish to be with your mom. I would be that way too, but God will step in and provide everything you need to get through this tough time. Trust Him. You are in my prayers.
Blessings,
Starr

Your comment on Whitneys blog stirred me to come encourage you and let you know that I will be praying for you.

I understand your pain.
I went through a similar season when my mom was sick and I lived out of state. It is very difficult...But God did amazing things and provided so much for our family during that time. Hang in there!

Thank you for sharing your heart...You sound like such a great gal...mom and daughter!

Keep trusting Him with those you love!

Hugs and prayers!
